About Our Remodel

We are excited to start our long-awaited remodel on May 6th! During the remodel, our lobby and exam rooms will be undergoing renovations. However, we are committed to remaining open to provide continuous care for your pets. To ensure minimal disruption to our services, we will be operating as a curbside-only service throughout the remodel.

Here’s what you need to know about our curbside service:

• Upon arrival, please park in one of the numbered stalls along our building and fence in the parking lot.
• Give us a call from your parked spot to let us know you’ve arrived.
• A member of our team will promptly come out to collect all necessary information and your pet.
• We will take your pet inside to perform the required procedures or treatments.
• Following the appointment, we will either call you to discuss or come back out to speak with you directly.
• Payment will be collected curbside by one of our receptionists.

Additionally, for your convenience, all medication and food pickups will also be handled through our curbside service.

We anticipate that the remodel will be completed in early June, although, as with any construction project, unexpected delays may occur.
